Eligibility for Professor Associate, Professor and Assistant Professor

Eligibility Criteria 1- Dean (Academics) & (Dean Research) A. (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the relevant discipline is essential and Published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 8 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (ii) A minimum of ten (10) years of teaching experience in university/or experience in research at the University / National level institutions/ including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level, out of which minimum 2-3 years experience as Dean(Acad.)/Dean(R&D) (iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology- mediated teaching learning process. B. An outstanding professional, with established reputation in the relevant field, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, to be substantiated by credentials. 2- Professor-(In the field of Pharmaceutical Science/Commerce & Management/Computer Science) (i) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline is essential and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 8-10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (ii) A minimum of 8-10 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/ including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. (iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology- mediated teaching learning process. 3- Associate Professor-(In the field of Mathematics/Forensic Science/ Microbiology/ Physiotherapy/Computer Sc./Pharmaceutical Sc./ Commerce & Mgt.) Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines is essential. (i) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). (ii) A minimum of 5-8 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy papers. (iii) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology- mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. 4- Asst. Professor-(In the field of Life Science/Computer Science/Pharmacy/ Commerce & Management./Law/ Physiotherapy/ Paramedical Science/ Mathematics/Forensic Science/ Microbiology) (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university, with 2-3 years experience. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. (iii) Ph.D. degree for the position of Asst. Professor is desirable, Candidates having Ph.D. degree will be given preference.


Eligibility for HR (Head)

HR (Head) Qualifications and skills • Master Degree in Human Resources or related field required • 05-08 years’ experience in human resources department • 3+ years’ experience in a HR leadership position • Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions, EPF, ESIC etc. • Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills • Age not less than 50 years HR (Head) Responsibilities and Duties • Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction. • Devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees (Faculty & Non-teaching Staff) as per UGC guidelines and managing our staff. • Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of a renowned University situated at Gurugram, Haryana. • Communicate with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment. He/she should be well conversant with the University Establishment (HR) systems, Leave Rules, University Act, Statutes, EPF, ESIC, Disciplinary Rules etc.
