School of Law, Starex University, Gururgam organised two days successful Intra Moot Court Competition from 7th to 8th April, 2023 at Starex University. The event would work as an initial guiding source for the students in the field of litigation. There were a total of 14 teams that participated actively in the competition. The moot court began with the Inaugural Ceremony by lightning of the lamp by Hon’ble Pro Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ashok Diwakar, Officiating Registrar Dr. Dinesh, and OSD A.S. Bedi. The event was jointly sponsored by Pahuja Law Academy and Juris Catalica.
The final round took place on 8th April 2023. The judge for the final round was Dr. Cholaraja M., Associate Professor, CLC, Delhi University.The winners were awarded with trophies and certificates by the respective dignitaries.
Winners of the Moot Court competition were Hitanshi Sharma, Reva and Sheetal, followed by Rohit Kumar Yadav, Sanika and Chanchal Sharma as the runner up team. The best researcher award was secured by Priya Singh and the best Mooter award was presented to Amandeep Singh. The event was organised by Ms. Rashmi Kaushik, HOD, SOL and Ms. R Prerna. Dr. Divya Tyagi, Dean Academics and Dr. Richa Chaturvedi, Dean were also present during the competition.
